Students in CAD (Computer Assisted Design) create objects on computers using different design programs. Students use FreeCAD to create and invent a variety of things. CAD provides students with hands-on experience inventing, designing and editing projects. The only limit to any of the work created is the imagination and skill of the students. Projects designed in the past include water bottles, cars, trucks, school logos, planes, kitchens, living rooms, stadiums, gymnasiums, school classrooms and military vehicles/weapons.

We also have a Lulzbot Mini 3D printer which allows students to print out their designs. Many projects have been printed, and the goal is for each student to be able to print 1 project per semester. Some examples of 3D prints created by students are a tank, Xbox One, spartan helmet, coffee cups, R2D2, dice and keychains.
